WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING<\/h3>\n

As an assistant manager, you are the manager’s right hand and are right at the heart of the operation. You lead the team, maintain an overview during busy times, and are fully involved during lunches and dinners. You ensure everything runs smoothly, both for colleagues and for guests.
\nIn addition to the work on the floor, you also take on some small administrative tasks. You have experience in the hospitality industry and know exactly how things work on the floor, or you are simply a hard worker who loves hospitality.
\nYou get along well with young employees, know how to motivate them, and find it easy to work alongside them on the floor. Even during busy moments, you keep an overview and know what needs to be done.
\nYou have a real ‘get stuck in’ mentality: you like to roll up your sleeves and take action where necessary.
